Oh She Glows. I've been impressed with everything I've tried from that blog. But this recipe is a favorite among favorites. It has very few ingredients, it's easy, and it's delicious. My husband and I probably eat this every other week! But don't forget to eat a salad or vegetable dish with it. :)
